Grab the full client, or the patch if you already have a clean Interlude installation.

Unpack
Extract the archive to a folder outside Program Files to avoid Windows permission issues.

Patch
Copy the contents of the patch into your client's system folder and overwrite when asked.

Play
Run the launcher, log in with your account and pick the Oasis Interlude+ server.

Before you install
No. The full client package contains everything you need. The patch-only download exists for players who already keep a clean Interlude client.
Custom Lineage II launchers are frequently misidentified. Add the game folder to your exclusions, or use the full client which ships with a signed updater.
Install the DirectX 9 runtime and the Visual C++ redistributables, then run the launcher as administrator. Our Discord support channel can help within minutes.
