Fixes and improvements for Oasis Interlude+

Added

1. Add Great Wolf/Fenrir equipment to Giran Pet Manager buy list
2. Expose Assist to Party Leader in Autofarm Plus Options so party members can toggle leader-target assist from the Plus UI.

Changed

1. Remove clan level and member gates for war declaration via config zeroes, and align client tip/system messages.
2. Allow Overlord/Dominator melee Auto Attack in Autofarm Plus despite mage class flag.

Fixed

1. Fix Autofarm freezing when another spoiler claims the same mob.
2. Preserve summon buffs on early auto-despawn and keep pet/summon death buffs when player Noblesse expires.
3. Fix Sword/Blunt Mastery Swiftness Atk. Spd. never applying.
4. Align Magic Barrier clone stackTypes so TvT/CTF/DM revive buff 4349 overwrites player 1036 instead of stacking a duplicate MagicDefUp icon.
5. Fix Zealot Time enchant so it extends duration instead of writing unused #maxHp.
6. Fix LoginSafety hard-stopping on real Z=0 floors (MoS) and patch Monastery midfloor geodata holes.
